These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the fire88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using fire88, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

To register on fire88, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Account on fire88 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fire88 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances, including any winnings derived from bonus funds.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. fire88 cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
To comply with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, fire88 requires all Players to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC documentation typically includes:
fire88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
fire88 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for most payment methods. There is no maximum deposit cap for fully verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor, typically within 3 minutes.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the fire88 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed during operating hours (06:00–22:00 WIB) and are typically completed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. After-hours withdrawal requests are processed at the start of the next operating window.
fire88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. This may require additional documentation and may temporarily delay processing.
All transactions on fire88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). fire88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside fire88's control and responsibility.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. fire88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 against dormant account balances, until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. As a guide, most deposit match bonuses carry a 20x to 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 20,000,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
fire88 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, or withdrawing deposited funds before meeting minimum play requirements. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.
Bonus Funds expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Once expired, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
All bets placed on fire88 are final once accepted by the system. You are responsible for reviewing the bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming. fire88 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to technical malfunction, obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), or where the integrity of the outcome is in doubt.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on postponed events remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are void. For live in-play betting, fire88 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time to adjust pricing in response to in-game developments.
All casino games, video slots, and live dealer tables operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer systems. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game page. fire88 does not influence or control game outcomes. Malfunctions void all plays and payouts.
All togel (numbers lottery) bets are settled based on official draw results from the designated market. In the event of a delayed draw, bets remain active for up to 24 hours; beyond that, bets are void and stakes refunded. Winning payouts are credited automatically to the Player's Wallet within 15 minutes of official result confirmation.
fire88 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, particularly accumulator bets and high-odds single bets. The maximum win from a single bet or related series of bets is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise stated on the specific market or game page.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on fire88 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
fire88 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated fraud detection systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected, fire88 will take immediate remedial action including but not limited to account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding liabilities or withheld bonus funds. Closures are typically processed within 72 hours.
fire88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account without prior notice where the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed to complete KYC verification, or where required by our licensing obligations. In such cases, fire88 may withhold funds pending investigation.

All content on the fire88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, and code — is the exclusive property of fire88 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. fire88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and by prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fire88 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
